Multifunctional House - project planning and management of construction

This master´s thesis deals with project planning and management of construction of multifunctional building. The main part of thesis are budget of object and schedules of work, which contain realization of reinforced concrete structure and other related works. Another part of thesis deals with the technical regulations about the implementation of horizontal and vertical parts of reinforced concrete structure and from finishing works about realization of inside plasters. Following this part there is design and schedule of using of appropriate building machines and small machinery for their implementation, design of site equipment, quality assurance of works performed, safety of work and minimization of environmental impact. The thesis contains also proposal of contract of work. This work does not deal with substructure of multifunctional building, because this is solved in bachelor thesis.

This thesis interprets public administration of Slovak republic, funding options of municipalities in Slovakia and grant policy of the European Union and Slovak republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyse a specific project, ways of funding and an offer of suggestion for a possible change of funding.

The diploma thesis solves the construction technology project of sports complex. The aim of the thesis is rational proposal of construction and resources. The thesis contains plant building site, technological instruction, budget, time schedule, control and trial plan, design and assessment of lifting mechanism and machinery used over construction, contract for work and safety report. Part of the thesis is specialization in sports surfaces.

This thesis deals with problems concerning the management of construction contracts in the construction business. The work is described in several chapters of the proceedings of orders. First described project "Extension of a commercial building", and I continue to work in the description of contract management. At the end of the contract is evaluated in terms of time and cost perspective.

They will further focus on the rough construction of the main building structure, where processing technology studies during construction schedule, the project site equipment, budget and other documents that are necessary for the proper implementation of construction.

Bachelor thesis is prepared on the theme of contractual relationships in construction. In the first part will focus on the characteristics of the legal definition, basic concepts of law and rules and sources of business law. Furthermore, in the first part will focus on contract for work and purchase agreement by the Commercial Code and by the Civil Code. In the second section covers two specific firms that characterize and then compare. In this section will also analyze specific contracts, which then will also be evaluated. In the second part is also made proposal how should look a contract for work.

The first part is dedicated to an interpretation of theoretical knowledge which defines and describes the risk, acquaints readers with principles of the risk management and presents commonly used forms of the business risk protection in practice. The second part deals with a practical use of the protection tools and proposes their effective adjustment in the selected public works contracts.

This work deals with the bid price of the panel house revitalization funded by a private investor. To establish bid prices, itemized budget shall be used and the decision matrix for finding the materials quality is used for revitalization. Specifically, it examines the quality of the insulation system and windows. The aim of this work is offering the best possible option and its possible alternative with the best ratio of price with a respect to technical features of panel house revitalization to investor.

Above-standard family house in Krelov - constructionally technological project

Subject of this work is pursuance technology of above-standard family house. This diploma thesis contains construction and technology report, technological prescriptions for important parts of buildings, technology report of plant building site, concepts of mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan, technology report of health and safety on the construction site. Budget, calculation and time planning, a drawing of the facilities of the construction site, description of transport relations is included in addendum. Work also contains part about use of Calcium silicate masonry and its comparation.
